About Us
Moving Into Action is a Division of The Creative Management Consultancy Ltd which was founded by Ian Keenan, in 2003.
After University Ian worked in marketing for P&G, J&J and as UK Marketing Director for Abbott Laboratories. He then went on to be a Principal Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Greenwich, and developed a pragmatic approach to Leadership and Management, learning from the Coverdale Organisation.
Ian holds a Diploma in Counselling from Oxford, and is an accredited Myers Briggs coach.
Garth Spiers is an organisational psychologist. He has been retained by a number of humanitarian and commercial institutions including the United Nations, Red Cross, Disney and BT. Garth holds an MSc in psychology, operational research and mathematics, and also has a Diploma in Chinese Medicine and for a few years was a professional actor.
Ed Moffatt specialises in management training and development, and is an expert in performance management, assessment and competence frameworks. He has held senior learning and development positions in a range of international organisations including Cable & Wireless and Marconi. He has also directed and lectured on MBA programmes. His current client list includes national and local Government Departments, and corporates and SME's in the private sector.
