The Creative Change Workshop

Picture
Many ‘change’ groups get stuck – with a list of issues and ideas that seemed good at the time, but on review lack cohesion and ‘the breakthrough’ thinking required to move forward.

The Creative Change Workshop provides a ‘change management’ structured approach together with creative thinking techniques that help overcome the blocks to change that historically have proved insurmountable!

This approach has proved highly successful in the areas of customer service, logistics, sales, stakeholder management, and retail marketing.

The Creative Change Approach

1. Unless already done, we develop a clear set of Aims - otherwise the Change Group will be seen to be spinning their wheels.
2. Definition of the problem (e.g. negative feedback from customers), and the use of Change Management tools (e.g. Force Field Analysis) to define the drivers for and blocks to change, and the weighting of their importance and ability to change.
3. The use of Assumption Busting and other techniques to generate original and workable ways around the blocks to change, and the development of these ideas into action plans.

Ideal as 2-3 hour action workshops around specific team or organisational issues.

‘Really helped me think ‘outside the box’ in terms of the logistics challenges facing us’ – International Retail Food  Company manager.
